Cynthia Coe, Author

Welcome to My Writing World

Hello and welcome to my corner of the internet — I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Cynthia Coe, and I’m a novelist, blogger, lifelong knitter, and lover of stories that stitch together yarn, spirit, and history. If you’ve followed me at Sycamore Cove, you know I’ve spent years writing about creativity, spirituality, and the quiet power of making things by hand. That thread continues here — but now, it’s joined by new chapters in my life as a writer of historical fiction.

I write books about women’s lives — real, imagined, and somewhere in between. Many of my characters knit, pray, wait, hope, and persevere in the face of change. Some are based in present-day Tennessee; others live centuries ago in Spain, Peru, France, or Florida. But all of them are rooted in the belief that stories have the power to heal, connect, and ground us.

This new site will be a home for:

  • Announcements about my books and events
  • Thoughts on writing, faith, and creativity
  • Resources for readers, knitters, and fellow seekers
  • Blog posts connecting past and present through the lives of women

I’m thrilled to have you here at the beginning of this next chapter.

With gratitude,
Cindy
